Meetings, when optimally conducted, are an effective tool for finding solutions, for project implementation, for using the expertise of many participants, also for informing, questioning or motivating several people at once. However, meetings also mean downtime for the respective participants and thus increased costs. The time wasted by participants in meetings that are not conducted optimally is enormous in almost every company.
