The "ITIL® 4 Foundation" course provides the key concepts of the ITIL® 4 framework and offers a structured introduction to successful and holistic IT Service Management (ITSM). Through best practices, you will learn important processes, activities, and practices to ensure a valuable service for all.

  • Familiarize yourself with ITSM basics, key service components, and the big picture of the framework.
  • Understand ITSM concepts and how to create value co-creation products and service offerings.
  • Pay attention to the 4 dimensions of service management for holistic service design.
  • Learn how the Service Value System can facilitate value creation for an organization, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Be guided through the service value chain - from demand to realized value.
  • Learn how to master daily challenges using ITIL practices.

The course corresponds in content and structure to the requirements of AXELOS (the owner organization of ITIL) and prepares you for the official ITIL® 4 Foundation exam. The exam fees are included in the course fees. After the expiration of the withdrawal period (14 days), you will receive an individual exam voucher for the ITIL® Foundation exam. This entitles you to take the exam online with the Examination Institute PeopleCert.

The exam will be supervised online (web-proctored). Upon successful completion, you will receive the certificate by mail.
